YOUR FEELINGS ARE VALID

It’s important that you take your feelings into consideration. You are not crazy for the feelings that you are feeling. Your feelings can not be controlled. You are feeling a certain way for a reason. Listen to your gut. Listen to your feelings. Never let anyone try to talk you out of them with gaslighting and manipulation. Understand that people need to respect your feelings and your boundaries. Your feelings will never go away unless there is change around them. Remember that your feelings protect you.
