YOU ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS

Take a moment to take a deep breath and get out of your head. Sometimes, we get so caught up in our thoughts that we can’t appreciate where we are right now. Put your phone down and take a look around. Stop worrying about the future or whatever is going to happen next, and start focusing on the now. Appreciate where you are in the present moment and then everything else will follow.
